Former Gehl Site Seeing More Activity
West Bend, Wis. (June 3, 2019) – Less than one month after the announcement of a proposed hotel and office building on the north end of the former Gehl Site in Downtown West Bend another exciting proposal has come forward for the south end.  On June 3rd, 2019 City of West Bend Common Council and RNT Development, LLC have entered in to an agreement for exclusive rights to the south end of the property located along Forest Ave.  While purchase and sale of the 4.45 acre parcel are to be negotiated, this is being done so with the understanding an active senior living community is on the horizon for the space.

RNT Development, LLC, based out of Minnesota, is no stranger to the City of West Bend.  This project is to be completed in partnership with New Perspective Senior Living, the very same organization serving the West Bend community with independent living, assisted living and memory care on Continental Drive.  The new development is proposed to be for active seniors who will then have the luxury of enjoying our vibrant downtown while living in a facility with outstanding amenities provided by company with a proven track record of success.

Founder and CEO Todd Novaczyk, Nic Novaczyk and Adam Cozine of RNT Development, LLC met with City of West Bend staff and made it clear that they have all the tools necessary to do something great in Downtown West Bend.  On the proposed development Todd Novaczyk had this to say, “We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with the residents of West Bend. Helping seniors in the community live life on purpose. We also are grateful to be a part of this exciting time for Downtown West Bend.”.
“It is clear RNT Development, LLC and New Perspective Senior Living set a high bar in their fields” states Mayor Kraig Sadownikow. “This is precisely what the City of West Bend was looking for when prepping the former Gehl site for future development.  This proposal is one of the highest and best uses for the site and will serve the community for generations to come.”
