Paula Rauenbuehler

Promoting someone to manager is a key time in anyone's career. It's also when most people unintentionally get the least support.

Leading UP, LLC partners with small businesses and HR leaders to develop emerging and newly promoted people leaders, and the seasoned managers responsible for growing them. Our work is grounded in what actually happens at the job, including the moments it doesn't go as planned.
