    Job Description

    Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washington County seeks new board members who live or work in Washington County to become defenders of potential. Mentoring builds meaningful connections for a bigger future. Your impact as a new board member will help ensure youth reach their full potential.

    BBBSWC is seeking several new community leaders who are willing to volunteer their time and talents. What is involved?
    • Attend 6 board meetings a year.
    • Participate in a sub committee or two
    • Attend and support agency fundraisers and events
    • Provide support and guidance over the agency's operations and fiscal health

    Bring your compassion, energy, and optimism to help clear a path for a child’s biggest possible future. This is a great way to give back to Washington County and the youth who deserve a bright future!

    We are looking for individuals with finance, IT, marketing, communication, public service, law, health, human service, non profit experience and as well as other backgrounds and experience! The board is undergoing strategic planning starting in January 2024 with the help of UW-Madison Division of Extension, Washington County and Paul Roback. We'd love for you to join us for this process.
