Integrated Management & Accounting, LLC is looking to hire a Tax & Accounting Manager. This is a full-time position in a growing company located in West Bend that will provide a great long-term career opportunity. We provide an array of accounting, tax, and payroll services to our clients. Hours will range from 45 – 70 hours during the tax season and 40 – 45 hours outside of tax season.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and non-profit tax returns and tax planning engagements
• Complete, analyze, and review monthly or quarterly accounting services and financial statements
• Consult clients with a wide array of individual and business situations, identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies for clients to save tax dollars
• Proper and effective communication with individual and business clients
• Organize and delegate tasks to staff accountants to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
• Manage multiple client engagements at the same time
• Prepare client correspondence and letters pertaining to tax notices
• Participate in internal and external continuing professional development programs

• CPA (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• 6+ years relative work experience
• Proficiency for applicable software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
