              Join us for a fun, unique event! Learn how to add more colorful whole foods to your diet by building Salad-in-a-Jar meals and Healthy Homemade options for Salad Dressing!
              In this class, you will:  
              • Assemble (1) Salad in a Jar * LOTS of options & varieties for you to make your unique combination
              • Sample Homemade Salad Dressing ~ several recipes to choose from
              While you’re building your jars, we will talk about ways to “Meal Prep” and support healthy lifestyle choices.
              Everyone will go home with a recipe book packed full of future salad deliciousness.
