This year we partnered with MKE Yoga Social™ and Platinum Sky Farms to bring you yoga filled with gentle movements and cuddles with adorable playful little goats on our beautiful country farm.
 

Each session includes 30 minutes of super chill, sure-to-be slightly spontaneous yoga followed by 30 minutes of mingling with the baby goats.... ?????? ????'???? ???????? ???????? ?????? ?????????????? ?????????? ??????????-???????????? ??????????!

Guidelines:
-Registration Required

WHY GOAT YOGA?

We all know the benefits of yoga - stress reduction, lowered blood pressure, mental focus to name a few, but why add the goats?

Being around animals has been shown to decrease levels of cortisol (a stress-related hormone) and lower blood pressure.
