Executive Committee: Comprised of officers of the Chamber which includes President, President Elect, Past President and Treasurer.
Ambassadors: The purpose of the Ambassadors is to act on behalf of the Chamber in welcoming new businesses, performing ribbon cuttings, attending groundbreakings, attending social events and assisting in Chamber Membership recruitment and retention.
Education Committee: In partnership with the West Bend School District, we have created a work based learning initiative. This committee provides ongoing guidance for a unique program that gives students the opportunity to work part time in a career of their choice while they are still in school. In addition to learning a skill, students earn academic credits towards graduation. This program also affords employers with the ability to identify and recruit talented employees, before they enter the labor market upon graduation.
Geocaching Committee: This committee plans the annual West Bend $1000 Cache Bash held in August. They also plan other activities for geocachers who come to West Bend which is known as the “Geocaching Capital of the Midwest”.
Golf Outing: This committee plans the Chamber's annual Golf Outing held in July.
Government Relations Committee: Our Government Relations Committee is responsible for improving the West Bend area business climate by surveying, monitoring and facilitating communication between Chamber Members and government officials (local, county, state and federal).
Home Expo: This committee plans the Chamber's annual Home, Sporting & Recreation Expo held in March.
Leadership West Bend: Leadership West Bend (LWB) is a community stewardship program that began in 1990, and is sponsored by the West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce. The Leadership Alumni Board coordinates the program each year.
Tourism Committee: This committee coordinates tourism activities and promotions for the City of West Bend using room tax dollars.
Sporting Clay Shoot Committee: This committee plans the Chamber's annual Sporting Clay Shoot held in the fall.
