Integrated Management & Accounting LLC is looking to hire a Staff Accountant. This is a full-time position in a growing company located in West Bend that will provide a great long-term career opportunity. We provide an array of accounting, tax, and payroll services to our clients. Hours will range from 45 – 70 hours during the tax season and 40 hours outside of tax season.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns and supporting documentation.
• Complete monthly bookkeeping and accounting work, including bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare and filing sales tax returns.
• Process client payrolls and prepare payroll reports.
• Provide support to senior accountants, managers, partners, and clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors regarding tax-related issues and deadlines.
• Participate in internal and external continuing professional development programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• CPA or CPA Eligible (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• 0 - 3 years relative work experience
• Proficiency with applicable software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
