Celebrating the 2026 Betty A. Pearson Community Leadership Award.

Join us for the inaugural Community Leadership Luncheon, a new Chamber event celebrating leadership and community impact in the West Bend area. This special gathering will highlight the lasting influence of Leadership West Bend and feature the presentation of the 2026 Betty A. Pearson Community Leadership Award, honoring an outstanding LWB alumnus for their continued service and leadership in our community.

The program will feature keynote speaker Nicole Pretre, CEO of Cedar Community and a Leadership West Bend alumna and past award recipient, presenting “The Importance of Resilience in Leadership.”

This inaugural event offers Chamber members a unique opportunity to connect, celebrate leadership, and learn more about one of our community’s most meaningful leadership development programs.
