The ultimate geocaching event returns for its 17th year and this year is going to be legendary!

The West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce proudly presents the 17th Annual West Bend $1,000 Cache Ba$h™, a two-day mega geocaching event in the Geocaching Capital of the Midwest™ - and for the first time ever, a rare official Geocaching Block Party!

In celebration of 25 years of geocaching and 17 years of the Cache Ba$h, Geocaching HQ has granted us Block Party status - a prestigious designation given to only a select few events worldwide.

Join us Saturday after the prize ceremony for our exclusive Block Party featuring:

• Food trucks & cold beverages

• Lawn games & social hangout space

• Special block party-only prizes

• A classic summer hangout in the park with fun Summer vibes

What to Expect All Weekend:

The 66 Cache Hunt: Discover 66 brand-new permanent geocaches placed throughout West Bend's most scenic trails, parks, historical landmarks, and local businesses. Each cache includes a stamp or code word - collect them in your Official Playing Card to earn raffle tickets for the prize drawings. The more caches you uncover, the more prizes you can earn! Caches go live at noon on Friday.

$1,000 Cash Prize Drawing: Register and check in at Regner Park to earn one ticket for our big cash raffle! No Purchase Necessary! Winners will be chosen on Saturday during the prize ceremony and you must be present to win.

Cash Prizes: $500 | $250 | $100 x2 | $50

General Raffle Prize Drawing: Earn additional tickets by finding caches, completing geo-bingo, or participating in games! Prizes include geocoins, geocaching memberships, gift certificates, and more!

• Lab Adventures via the Geocaching Adventure Lab app

• Signal the Frog™ appearance – stay tuned!

• Geo-Bingo to meet other teams

• Geocoin & Travel Bug Exchange

• Vendors & WGA Booth – for gear, games, and info

• Splash Pad & Pool access at Regner Park

• Sunday Pancake Breakfast hosted by the Wisconsin Geocaching Association

• CITO (Cache In - Trash Out) park cleanup on Friday morning - stay tuned!

Friday Food Trucks + Free Concert
On Friday, August 8, enjoy a full day of food trucks and beverages at Regner Park from noon - 9 PM. After caching, come back at 6 PM for a free Yacht Rock concert in the evening - perfect for a relaxed summer night in the park (concert not officially part of Cache Ba$h, but well-timed for visiting geocachers!).

Schedule Highlights:

• Thursday: Welcome Meet & Greet

• Friday: Check-in begins, caches go live at noon, Lab Adventures

• Saturday: Final day to hunt caches, prize ceremony, Block Party!

• Sunday: Pancake breakfast
