Enjoy a day of golfing at the West Bend County Club. Includes lunch on the course and cocktail hour after golf, sit-down dinner, live auction, silent auction and raffle.

                     $1100: Registering after June 1st
Includes foursome for golf; exclusive presence at tee for 2 representatives; shared cart, signage, recognition in event program, lunch for 6 and dinner for 4.
 
q    Birdie:  $450
Exclusive presence at tee for 2 representatives; shared cart, signage, recognition in event program,
lunch for 2. (no golf)
 
q Par:     $250 Sign on the GREEN (no golf)
 
Golf  and Dinner Opportunities 
q Foursome: $660 Includes lunch and dinner for 4.
q Individual:  $175 Includes lunch and dinner for 1
q Dinner only: $50 per person.  Includes dinner for 1 and attending the evening festivities.

q Donate Items:  Donations will be used for the raffle and/or auction and receive business recognition in program and at donation table.
