Local Washington Company supplies trailer parts to manufacturers and wholesalers is looking for a Customer Support Specialist. They assemble, pack, and ship products across the country. They deliver top of the industry quality and exceed customer expectations.
Job Description
The Customer Support Specialist performs a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks for the company, assisting with clerical and administrative processes. Examples include organization, data entry, reporting, & reconciliation. The Administrative Support position wears many hats and serves as a resource to clients, vendors, and employees.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

First point of contact for incoming calls and physical guests in the building. Route calls to appropriate personnel or provide positive customer service.

Enter customer orders, prepare shipping department, organize outbound freight.

Provide administrative support to Managerial & Sales staff.

Order and track office supplies as needed.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Proficient computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel

Experience in bookkeeping with an emphasis on Intuit QuickBooks
-
1-2 years of experience in an office-based manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Warm, engaging phone presence
